Grind 2 oz pork rinds in a small food processor. Add seasoning (1 tsp - 1 TBSP; smoke paprika, sharp paprika, curry powder, mustard powder or other) salt and pepper. Coat 4 thin (1/4 ") pork chops in pork rind mixture. Put pork chops on cooke sheet sprayed with PAM. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
